    7. Private sport fishing trip in Costa Maya for four hours

    4.8· 40 reviews· 4 hours

Four-hour private fishing trip off Mahahual — target species include mahi mahi and barracuda with experienced crew aboard the Goddess of the Sea.

Captain Axel and his crew were truly exceptional. After a thorough safety briefing, they quickly set lines as we left the reef. Using rigged ballyhoo and large lures, we caught barracuda right away. They handled the fish we wanted to keep humanely and released the rest. I also managed to catch a massive kingfish, a personal first. The equipment was top-notch, the beers were cold, and everyone was in good spirits. As a professional fisherman, I wholeheartedly recommend La Diosa Del Mar. When we returned, our fresh catch was cooked for us at a restaurant nearby for a small fee, while we enjoyed the view of the Caribbean Sea. Thank you, Captain Axel.Matt Y
