Smart-lock install, linens kit, professional photography, listing copy, KYC and society NOC handled by us. You hand over keys and step back.

Day 6
Live on Rovostays plus syndicated to Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip and our corporate channels — with a single calendar so we never double-book.
Step 04
Operate
Ongoing
On-ground concierge, dynamic pricing, housekeeping, restocking, repairs, guest support 24/7. You see every booking and every review in your dashboard.

Payout

Net earnings hit your bank on the 5th of every month, with a line-itemised statement, GST invoice, and TDS certificate at year-end.
