Getting in and out of the boat wasn't the easiest for us, but the team was incredibly patient and helpful. We encountered many fish, a sea turtle, and a lionfish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Just a note, we took a taxi to and from the port that cost $5 per person each way.
