Mark reached out to us a few days in advance, gladly answering our questions, suggesting items to bring, and coordinating our pick-up from our rental condo. The expedition was quite comfortable, and the large sunroof enhanced our views. Mark arrived early, which we really appreciated. After loading our gear, we set off on our adventure. He took the time to learn about our group, allowing him to personalize our day while sharing fascinating stories about Maui. He consistently checked in with us and remained adaptable to ensure our experience met our expectations. We accomplished everything we desired and even enjoyed activities we hadn’t anticipated: stunning viewpoints, delicious banana bread, exploring a lava tube, swimming at a black sand beach, enjoying a food truck lunch, having a picnic by the ocean, swimming in a waterfall, and watching the sunset while observing surfers and 50 sea turtles getting ready for bed. Mark's understanding of the island, its history, and the local flora and fauna added immense value to our experience, creating memories we'll cherish forever.
