The guide was competent, but the van was overcrowded, and we missed visiting the seven sacred pools at the Hana road's end. Additionally, we weren’t picked up from the Ma'alaea Park and Ride for those of us staying in Kihei, Makena, or Wailua. On the return, we had to travel all the way to Lahaina/Kaanapali, which added over two hours to our journey, making the tour feel excessively long.
