“My husband and I booked this experience through our hotel in Hopkins (Hamanasi) since we both had riding experience in the past. This farm is a genuine working operation with sheep, cows, horses, goats, and guinea fowl. Ken, our guide, ensured we had a fantastic time. He trains the horses and maintains the trails. We chose a more advanced riding option, which was exactly what we hoped for, with some hills along the way. Our horses were excellent and well-trained. The scenery was breathtaking, and we even spotted toucans and various other birds. The ranch borders a jaguar reserve, so keep an eye out for paw prints! Be sure to bring high DEET bug spray, water bottles for everyone, and wear long pants and boots. We loved our adventure and only wish we had done it earlier in our vacation to repeat the experience.”— piggyflamingomama

He picked us up directly from our Airbnb and provided insightful commentary during the drive, sharing fascinating details along the way. Upon arrival, we had a short and easy hike to the cave tubing entrance, where everything was ready for us, including the tubes. Alex led us through the caves, even swimming alongside us to ensure everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed themselves. One of the most memorable parts was the spelunking—walking and swimming deeper into the caves, which became my favorite aspect of the day! After the adventure, we had a lovely lunch, which was the perfect conclusion to our outing.
