The staff was incredibly friendly and well-informed about the region. Although I’ve visited Belize twice before, this was my first time in Placencia, and I absolutely fell in love with the area. It has a charming small-town atmosphere and very welcoming residents. We participated in three excursions and a van transfer with Truly Wild, and everything went seamlessly. Our group participated in several excursions with Truly Wild two weeks ago, and every interaction and activity was impressive. Kai, Fred, Robin, and Steven were fantastic, but Jonathan stood out as our favorite due to his friendly nature, humor, and extensive knowledge of Belize. I always felt safe with his driving and during our tours. He guided my daughter and me on a chocolate factory tour and a river tubing adventure in the Cockscomb Wildlife Sanctuary, which was both tranquil and intimate. Jonathan also took my family of four to the spectacular Mayan ruins of Xunantinich and cave tubing. It’s rare for tourists to climb the ruins, making the experience of standing atop El Castillo even more remarkable. Cave tubing was outstanding—I highly recommend it if you have the chance. Jumping off the ledge into 30 feet of cold water in the cave was an unexpected thrill and now one of my favorite memories of the trip. My husband and daughter thoroughly enjoyed the ATV and waterfall tour as well. Overall, I can't praise this tour company, its guides, and the memorable experiences enough.

The trip was fantastic. Our guide and driver, Robin, provided extensive information as we explored the ruins. Afterward, we enjoyed a delicious lunch and then went cave tubing. I strongly recommend visiting the Xunantunich ruins and trying cave tubing.
Jonathan was an excellent guide! Our group of eight enjoyed the ruins and cave tubing adventure, and his knowledge really enhanced the experience. We also found it convenient to rent two four-person golf carts for the week. Truly Wild Belize comes highly recommended for any excursion.
Cave tubing was an incredible experience and certainly a highlight of our vacation. Our main guide, Alex, was outstanding from beginning to end. He picked us up directly from our Airbnb and provided insightful commentary during the drive, sharing fascinating details along the way. Upon arrival, we had a short and easy hike to the cave tubing entrance, where everything was ready for us, including the tubes. Alex led us through the caves, even swimming alongside us to ensure everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed themselves. One of the most memorable parts was the spelunking—walking and swimming deeper into the caves, which became my favorite aspect of the day! After the adventure, we had a lovely lunch, which was the perfect conclusion to our outing. I highly recommend this tour—everything was well-organized, enjoyable, and truly memorable.
This might be the best tour we've ever experienced. Rigo, our enthusiastic guide, provided in-depth insights and took fantastic photos. We're so pleased we chose Truly Wild to visit this iconic site. The van was the most luxurious we've encountered, and the tour exceeded 12 hours. Overall, it was a thorough and outstanding experience.
