This tour is truly fantastic and highly recommended for families seeking both fun and cultural insights. The history and ruins were impressive, while the tubing experience was enjoyable and relaxing. Our guide Jonathan was not only professional and personable, but he also had a great sense of humor and extensive knowledge about Belize, including its ruins and Mayan Civilization. Just be aware of the 10-hour duration; we went in prepared for a long day.
This excursion is absolutely essential, offering a wealth of information. Our guide Alex was exceptionally knowledgeable, and we gained so much from his insights. Exploring the ruins was an unforgettable experience, followed by tubing through gorgeous caves, where Alex provided more valuable information. We highly recommend this activity.
Truly Wild Belize arranged an ATV adventure to a stunning waterfall. The ride took us through the lush foothills of the Mayan Mountains, where we saw wildlife and swam in the pool at the waterfall's base. The team managed everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax during the transfer to and from Placencia before diving into the fun. Our guide shared insights about local culture and even provided us with Wild Oranges. It was an amazing experience. If you're looking for a specific tour, reach out to them directly; they are very flexible and eager to ensure a memorable outing.
Guide Robin's expertise and friendliness greatly enhanced our experience. The cave tubing was both enjoyable and unique, making our trip truly memorable.
During our trip to Belize with a group of solo traveling women, we experienced several tours organized by Truly Wild, and each one was exceptional. The Moho Caye team provided a fun atmosphere, while the Monkey River crew, including Kennedy, Justin, and Biggy, were exceptionally accommodating, with Justin's local connections adding a personal touch as we dined with his relatives. Their knowledge of the area was impressive. On the Cacao/waterfall tour, Mitchell and Robin were helpful in guiding us, sharing insights about the locale. We also appreciated Dave, the driver for the Mayan cooking class, who answered our numerous questions about living in Belize and even returned a pair of glasses we left in the van to our hotel the next day.
Jonathan was excellent—super friendly and very well-informed.
We spent 29 days in Belize where we enjoyed cave kayaking, cave tubing, zip lining, and exploring the ruins.
The trip was fantastic. Our guide, Robin, provided excellent insights about Belize and the ruins, demonstrating extensive knowledge. Additionally, Jason was highly responsive and helpful with questions before booking. I would certainly consider booking with their team again.
We had a fantastic experience with this company. Our guide Johnathan was exceptional, sharing humor and valuable insights. He educated us about Belizean culture and the Mayans, and even identified numerous trees and plants that many wouldn’t recognize. It was truly memorable for us.
Rigo was exceptional. His extensive knowledge truly enhanced the experience, and his historical insights at the ruins added significant meaning to the visit. It was worth every penny.
