9Two days, including an overnight at Sirena Ranger Station — guided nature hikes in one of the world's most biodiverse parks, with chances to see unique wildlife.
“Our experience was excellent. Robert kept in touch with us in the week leading up to our trip to Corcovado NP, which we truly appreciated since we had many questions. He put in a lot of effort to locate wildlife and shared his expertise throughout our time there. His flexibility to accommodate our preferences was much appreciated. I highly recommend this tour.”— mathdorks
10Two days and one night — an 18 km trek through Corcovado, overnight at Sirena Station, followed by a scenic boat ride back to Puerto Jiménez.
“I strongly recommend this tour. We were fortunate to have Carlos as our guide; he is truly exceptional. His passion for nature shines through in his knowledge and professionalism. Carlos engages with keen insight, making the experience both fascinating and enjoyable. During our two-day hiking adventure, with an overnight stay at a beautiful jungle camp, we started with a boat ride into the park followed by a morning walk where we encountered an array of wildlife. Carlos shared valuable information about the diverse ecosystem and the area's history, all while demonstrating deep respect for nature. His attention to safety made us feel at ease. It was a privilege to learn from him and connect with the natural surroundings. We are genuinely thankful for this experience and wish Carlos all the best. For anyone considering this tour, we highly recommend it. On the first day, we arrived by boat, and we hiked out the next day. The first day had a focus on wildlife observation, while the second day was more physically demanding. Next time, I would choose a boat in/out option. Our other guide, Jenkins, was also knowledgeable and provided intriguing facts throughout the journey. He deserves admiration for his efforts in collecting plastic and trash from the beach, a task I respect greatly. Unfortunately, we did notice a significant amount of litter along the coastline during our hike out, which is disheartening in such a stunning natural environment. Attracting volunteers for regular cleanups would be beneficial since debris continues to wash up due to ocean currents. Preserving these beautiful places is a crucial responsibility for all of us.”— alinasN2206XH
