    2. Two-day Corcovado National Park tour from Puerto Jiménez by boat

    4.3· 6 reviews· 2 days

Two days, shared small group, boat transport — explore Corcovado National Park with a certified guide, overnight at Sirena Station in the rainforest.

My wife and I participated in the overnight Sirena Station tour, and our guide Carlos was incredibly passionate and knowledgeable. From the start, it was clear how much he loves guiding in the park. As a naturalist, he is well-versed in the region's flora and fauna. We gained a deeper understanding of the rainforest and its connection to the wildlife during our time together. Carlos’s expertise extends to birds and local wildlife, making him a superb teacher. The park itself was magnificent, and we observed a wealth of wildlife—we even lost count! We encountered all four species of monkeys, including numerous spider monkeys, along with at least six Baird's tapirs, a variety of birds, insects, snakes, and some endemic species. Corcovado is truly a natural wonder and an essential destination in Costa Rica. We arranged our tour through Green Leaf Hotel in Drake Bay, and the scenic boat ride to and from was an added bonus. I highly recommend this exceptional tour.Serge_deanna
