Once in the vehicle, it became clear that there weren't any good snorkeling spots or worthwhile beaches near Suva. We visited the falls, which were essentially man-made areas possibly created from runoff, and I was unsure about the water source. The walk through the forest was unsuitable for those who aren't agile. While I did take a dip to cool off, I felt the visit wasn't necessary. We also went to the museum and I paid extra for entry, but I believe it wasn't worth any fee. The only highlight of the day was the souvenir shopping, but the lines were very long; if shopping isn't your interest, this stop would be disappointing.
