  6. Zipline canopy adventure at Bristol Mountain, Rochester9

    9. Zipline canopy adventure at Bristol Mountain

    4.4· 7 reviews· 3 hours

Two hours of ziplining across seven lines through the treetops, guided by experienced staff, with views of the Bristol Hills.

I spent over $200 on the zip line canopy tour, and my kids were really looking forward to it. However, when a thunderstorm hit, they canceled the experience, even though the weather cleared up afterward. When I requested a refund, I was informed that it wasn't their "policy" to refund, but they could give me a weather voucher instead. I explained that I lived more than six hours away, making the voucher pointless. The woman's response was to quote their weather "policy" and suggest that I could just give my voucher to someone else at my hotel. Their lack of professionalism was embarrassing. Any company that keeps a customer's money despite not providing a service is a scam. Avoid them at all costs.U6632KSjanicew
