About City Walk

City Walk is Meraas's outdoor lifestyle district stitched into the Al Wasl/Jumeirah grid — a low-rise, pedestrian-first cluster of cafes, designer retail, and apartment blocks. Short-let demand is tourist-heavy and family-skewed (The Green Planet, Coca-Cola Arena, Roxy Cinemas anchor the foot traffic) with strong corporate overflow from DIFC and Sheikh Zayed Road. Most buildings are Citywalk-branded (Buildings 1–25); short-let is permitted across the cluster.
