The one-bedroom sleeps up to three, which gives couples with an infant or a solo traveller with a guest more flexibility than the usual two-person one-bed. The two two-bedrooms — one of them in Forte Tower 2 — each sleep four across two bathrooms, a straightforward fit for a small family or two friends travelling together.

The headline unit is the four-bedroom: it sleeps up to ten guests across four bathrooms and is listed with Burj Khalifa and Fountain views. Four bedrooms is a genuinely scarce size for a Downtown short stay — Forte is one of only six towers in our portfolio with one — so multi-generation families and groups who want everyone under one roof a short walk from the Burj Khalifa should enquire early, particularly around peak season. Forte's corner of Downtown is defined by Dubai Opera directly across the street — if you're in town for a performance, no hotel puts you closer, and the restaurants around the opera plaza handle pre-show dinner without transport. From the same front door, the Burj Khalifa is about a five-minute walk and The Dubai Mall about eight, which puts observation-deck slots, the Dubai Fountain shows on Burj Khalifa Lake and the mall's restaurants all within one short loop on foot.

In the cooler months everything here is comfortably walkable; in high summer most guests head out early or late, or route through the mall's air-conditioned concourses. The nearest Metro stop is Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall station on the Red Line, and taxis and ride-hailing cars are easy to pick up around the opera plaza — with luggage, a taxi is usually the practical choice for the airport run.
