From Business Bay and Zabeel, it grows into a genuine landmark outside the window. From Downtown Dubai, it's something else entirely: the tower fills the frame, and the Dubai Fountain performs on the lake at its base.

Fountain views are a separate consideration again — they depend on a clear line to the lake at the tower's base, which favours the right facing more than sheer floor height.

Floor level matters less than most guests expect. Because the tower is so tall, even mid-level apartments in Downtown look up at it rather than across at other buildings. Higher floors buy a cleaner, less interrupted line; lower floors trade a little of that for a closer seat over the Boulevard and the fountain show in the evenings.
