With a perfect balance between acidity & sweetness, Czar wines reach 18 degrees of alcohol exclusively from fermentation, differentiating it from liqueur and fortified wines (like port wine), to another category. The unique Czar wines! Because grapes are harvested very mature, strong wind or rain can tear these gold grapes to the ground and destroy all harvest. This year we are lucky! Fortunato just bottled the 2015 harvest and we have some from previous years exclusive for wine tastings. Aged for 8 years in oak barrels, limited to 1000 bottles. We saved some for you!
