  1. Self-guided E-bike rental along the Elizabeth River Trail in Norfolk, Norfolk4

    4. Self-guided E-bike rental along the Elizabeth River Trail in Norfolk

    4.9· 48 reviews

Explore Norfolk at your own pace with a half-day E-bike rental, covering the Elizabeth River Trail and key historical sites.

I wanted to add some details and a photo to my previous review since I couldn't do it earlier. The Pedego shop is conveniently situated near the downtown Norfolk cruise port. They provided a trail map for the Norfolk bike path, which is roughly 8 miles long, running north from downtown to the Naval base. Once we learned to look for the small path signs, following the bike path was relatively straightforward. However, at a few points, we had to consult the map to clarify the road and direction when it wasn’t a separate path, making the map essential. The area near Chelsea was a fantastic stop on our way back to the shop, featuring food options, a distillery, and several brew pubs. Be sure to check their hours, as many places are closed on Mondays and may not serve lunch on weekdays, making later visits preferable. We had a wonderful Sunday brunch during our ride.wldtravels
  2. Virginia Living Museum in Norfolk, Norfolk5

    5. Virginia Living Museum in Norfolk

    4.5· 36 reviews

A day exploring Virginia's ecosystems, with an aquarium, zoo, planetarium, and boardwalk trail featuring wildlife and interactive exhibits.

It has truly expanded impressively over the years. The only downside was the children running around unsupervised in the dinosaur exhibit, which was concerning. A staff member should be stationed there to prevent any damage.701bettyu
  3. Combo ticket for Battleship Wisconsin and Virginia Zoo in Norfolk, Norfolk6

    6. Combo ticket for Battleship Wisconsin and Virginia Zoo in Norfolk

    4.3· 31 reviews

Access to Norfolk's Battleship Wisconsin, Nauticus, and Virginia Zoo — tickets valid until December 31, 2026, with no date restrictions for visits.

The ticket is a great deal, though we faced an issue picking them up at the specified location when we couldn't print them. Eventually, we accessed the first attraction without any problems. This might have been influenced by the Government shutdown, as some attractions were Federal. It was a minor hassle, but overall we had a wonderful experience and would advise others to buy these tickets.floridagal970
