A half-day tour with guided visits to two observation towers, plus a chance to explore the María Reiche House Museum for added context.

Juan Carlos, our pilot, provided valuable insights that greatly enhanced our flight experience. He recommended adding the ground tour, which was an excellent choice. The flight lasted about 30 minutes, while the ground tour took roughly three hours. We arrived at 6 am without a clear plan and were immediately approached by street vendors outside the airport, promoting their services. Later, we learned that they fabricated stories about non-existent seating arrangements on the plane. There is a family-run restaurant nearby where we could eat, relax, and access Wi-Fi while waiting for our tour to begin at 7 am. At 10 am, we met Juan Carlos at the airport, flew around 11 am, and returned by noon, giving us plenty of time for lunch before catching the 2 pm bus to Huacachina. I highly recommend this experience.vascoi270

Two hours at the Cahuachi archaeological site — explore ancient adobe pyramids, a former sacred centre, with insights into the cultural practices of early civilizations.

I was initially reluctant to participate in this activity, but the combination of the Nazca lines in the morning, followed by the Antonini museum and then Cahuachi, is perfect. José was exceptional, providing numerous explanations and sporting a fantastic hat.Melanie_G

A few weeks back, I took a wonderful trip with my 5-year-old daughter to the San Fernando Reservation, a place I had long wanted to explore. We chose to go with Get2Peru, an agency recommended by friends, which arranged a two-day itinerary in Nasca. The package included accommodations and a 4x4 tour of the reservation along with a visit to Chauchilla Cemetery. We set off early in the morning, and right from the start, the transportation felt safe and comfortable. Our driver was very skilled, and our guide was enthusiastic and shared insightful information about the region, which enriched our experience as he introduced us to the local flora and fauna. The San Fernando Reservation itself is breathtaking and remains largely untouched, allowing us to enjoy fresh air and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. For my daughter, who is accustomed to an urban setting, witnessing wildlife in its natural habitat was both refreshing and educational. The landscapes are stunning, filled with a natural beauty that transports you to another world. Overall, this trip was exceptional, filled with nature, peace, and unforgettable moments that we will cherish.558moiram
