We booked flights to see the Nazca lines and were disappointed with Aero Fenix. The representative was overly kind, and we had to pay the tax in cash while other airlines accepted cards. We ended up paying 20 soles more than what was stated on our tickets. Our flight, initially scheduled for 8 AM, didn't depart until 9:22 AM. Also, valuables were not allowed during the security check, and we didn't get our items back; they were sold instead. While the experience was nice, it felt overrated, and the value for the price was lacking.
