Heritage walks, museum days, temple complexes, and the kind of guides who explain why a place matters rather than reciting dates. The cultural side of Nadi, paced for actual seeing.
1Four and a half hours on the Sigatoka River — jet boating, a village visit, and cultural interaction with locals included.
“This experience was a wonderful blend of culture and enjoyment. I initially thought it would be mostly a commercial venture for a small community, but I was mistaken. We visited a remote island village where the locals warmly welcomed us and shared their lifestyle during the tour. We participated in a Kava ceremony and enjoyed a lunch made with ingredients sourced from the village, followed by dancing with women and children. Despite my usual discomfort with public dancing, I found myself joining in; it felt liberating. People of all ages, from 5 to 77, had a fantastic time and managed well throughout the day. I recommend taking advantage of the return transport since it’s over an hour’s journey one way, even though it’s only about 44km from the Hilton. Our friendly guide and drivers made us feel at home. Plus, after a long day, it was nice to be able to nap without any worries. Be sure to hydrate beforehand and bring water on the boat, as the village visit takes longer than anticipated, which is just a helpful tip. Overall, it was an amazing day.”— Louise_B
2Two to three hours on quad bikes — ride through cane fields, pine forests, and enjoy a snack with views of the Mamanuca Islands.
“I had a fabulous experience. Our guide, Sarah, was exceptional and it was definitely worth it. The views were stunning. I recommend the morning session since the afternoons can get quite hot. Just a heads up, there’s a $30 per person insurance fee payable upon arrival that we weren’t informed about beforehand.”— Narelle_B
3A full-day private tour showcasing Nadi’s cultural sites and natural attractions, complete with personalized insights from a local guide.
“Raj was incredibly kind and informative during our travels between destinations, giving us insight into what we were going to experience. He also showed great patience when we wanted to linger for some shopping or a massage. Thank you, Raj!”— deborahsK7891PL

5Four hours by minivan — visit Viseisei village, orchid gardens, Nadi Hindu Temple, and local markets, with hotel drop-off included.
“The experience was incredibly informative and offered a diverse perspective on the lives of the other islands and the history of the original Fijians. Anand, our guide, was knowledgeable and accommodating; I couldn't be more satisfied.”— MARTHA_B
6Seven hours, shared cruise — snorkelling, paddleboarding, beachside BBQ lunch, marine walks, and cultural entertainment included.
“The crew treated us like family, creating a wonderful experience. They were well-prepared for everything and even entertained us with singing and guitar playing.”— Casey_S
7Three hours on the Tuva River — sunset cruise, island dinner, live cultural performances, including a fire show with traditional Fijian dancing.
“The people were very lovely, the food was excellent, and the show was outstanding.”— antoniak982
8Two hours on the Pacific Ocean — sample a buffet dinner while enjoying live Fijian cultural performances and beautiful sunset views.
“The sunset cruise was incredible, lasting over three hours with ample time to enjoy. There was wonderful music and entertainment, along with a stunning sunset view. The large ship provided plenty of space for roaming and photography. It's advisable to purchase tickets early due to limited seating. Dinner served on board was excellent, but consider bringing your own water bottles since prices on the ship are quite high.”— Sairahul_M
