10This trek will start at the height of approximately 1450 MASL with a walk through the tea plantations for about 30 to 40 minutes. On reaching the summit, the trek will continue for a couple of hours on the ridge through stunningly beautiful grasslands with rocky mountain slope on one side and the tea plantations on the other with interspersed patches of Shola forest. On a clear day, we can see Anaimudi “The highest peak in South India”. We will also pass through a private coffee and cardamom plantation in the Shola Forest where there is a high chance to spot few of our endemic birds. We will have refreshments/picnic lunch at a suitable place during the trek. Similar to the start, the trek will finish with a walk through a tea plantation to meet our cab waiting to transfer us back to the hotel or to visit other destinations as per the program. Highest point of this trek will be about 1950 meters MASL approx.

15Starting at 07:00 AM from near Hillview Hotel, the trek begins with a 1550-meter walk through tea plantations. By 10:00 AM, you'll reach the top of the mountain. At 11:30 AM, visit cardamom and coffee plantations before heading back to the village by 12:00 PM. From 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM, enjoy visiting and swimming at the waterfall. Return to Munnar by 03:30 PM. The trek covers tea plantations, grasslands, cardamom and coffee plantations, and a village. 23we will start through the tea plantations for about 90 to 120 minutes, After reaching the top of the hill, rest of our couple of hours trek will be on the ridge which offers beautiful views around, through grasslands, one side will be rocky mountain slope and the other side will be tea plantations, patches of Shola forest etc…, in a clear sky day we could see the Anaimudi “highest peak in S. India” and the water reservoir of Idukki Dam which listed as highest arch dams in Asia and third tallest dam in India. We will have refreshment with some fruits and snacks, our trek we will be through Nature Zone nature resort where we can see some of exotic spices like Coffee, Cardamom, etc…, After will continue our Walk to the most top peak (2000 mtr) then will walk back through shola forest about 10 minutes to tea plantation. Will have another 90 minutes to 120 minutes walk through the tea plantations to finish the trek, highest point of this trek will be about 2000 meters MSL (approx).
24This is a village life experience guided tour which is explored for about 2 to 3 hours by walking. The tour begins from Old Munnar by walking on the way to Lakshmi Tea Estate where you can feel the fresh air with the beauty of green tea plantations with a wide variety of other trees and plants. While walking through the plantations you can see a river flowing and three different temples on the way and also the Chokanad Tea Factory can be seen. Then walking through a narrow way takes you to the CSI Church Munnar, which is more than 100 years old. The Church is always open for visitors. The tour is finish at Munnar CSI Church.
