Since his family owns a winery in Asti, we began our tour there, exploring the facility and viewing the wine cellar before tasting various wines from his vineyard. We then participated in a brief Barbaresco tasting and enjoyed lunch at a pleasant, casual spot in La Morra. On our way to the final winery, we stopped to admire a stunning viewpoint of the region. The last destination was in the Barolo area, where we savored a delightful tasting, wandered through the vineyards, and even sampled some grapes, taking advantage of the harvest season. We truly appreciated learning about the wines while soaking in the beautiful scenery. I strongly recommend this tour.
