“The tour was fantastic, and our guide was exceptional, providing us with extensive knowledge about the park and its history. We appreciated his engaging backstories. Since it was a private tour for four, we had the flexibility to choose our destinations. However, we encountered issues with the tour operator regarding the vehicle size. The night before, we were informed we would be in a Jeep, which would have been cramped for four large adults and a driver on a ten-hour trip. The alternative, a similarly sized Chevy Blazer, was just as uncomfortable. After lengthy discussions, the operator finally allowed us to upgrade to a full-sized Chevy Tahoe, but only at our expense. They were unwilling to compromise, leaving us with the choice to either pay for the larger vehicle or cancel. As we were en route to the park, we opted to pay the difference, which we were ultimately thankful for due to the need for space during the long ride. In summary, while the guide was excellent, the website lacks clarity regarding vehicle sizes, so it’s important to verify the number of passengers and required space when booking.”— John_B
