I took this tour alone from England, and my guide was Kristy, along with a couple from Puerto Rico. I had a fantastic experience; everyone was wonderful. Although I found the climb up Moro Rock challenging and took my time, I wasn’t the only one stopping along the way. Sequoia National Park is stunning and truly worth visiting. Kristy was friendly, knowledgeable, and an excellent guide. I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you.
What a fantastic day! Our guide and driver, Kristi, picked us up from our rental and took us through King's Canyon and Sequoia National Park. She adjusted the itinerary to suit my 84-year-old father, so we skipped hiking Moro Rock, which was originally planned. Since only my sister and I were on the tour, Kristi kindly included the General Grant tree and King's Canyon instead. Kristi was informative, funny, and incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience everything in one day. Fortunately, we'll have her again for tomorrow's Yosemite tour!
A breakfast stop at Clingans is essential. Bring some extra clothes as it can get chilly. The journey was quite windy, and Dramamine helped a lot. Alexis is a fantastic guide; she even took us to a large garage sale! She’s also great with photos. Thank you, Alexis, for making our visit to the Giant Sequoias so enjoyable!
