    1. Kayaking the Rio de las Vueltas in El Chaltén

    5.0· 8 reviews· 5 hours

Half-day guided kayak tour on the Rio de las Vueltas with views of Mount Fitz Roy and Andean forests, including a country brunch amidst nature.

After a slightly late arrival at the 'Dome', our group was treated with exceptional attention to detail. We were fitted with the right gear, offered coffee and tea, and instructed on where to keep our belongings dry. Following a drive to the river, we received further guidance on basic kayaking techniques. Our guides, Lolito and Tomas, accompanied us on the water the entire time. Despite the light snow, we enjoyed a wonderful time on the river. At 'Bonanza' ranch, we indulged in more coffee and pastries by the fire before heading to a restaurant for lunch. The rustic atmosphere and the authentic Asador preparing our meals made this experience truly memorable. The complimentary glass of wine and the exceptional quality and flavor of the food elevated lunch to a fine dining occasion. We were returned to our starting point promptly. By the end of the night, the river photos taken by our guides were sent to me. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their attentive care throughout the day. Highly recommended.Robert_S

I also want to acknowledge the chef for preparing our delicious, piping hot meals. I highly recommend this adventure for anyone wanting a challenging yet beautiful two-day experience in Patagonia.Rob_C

Three hours of rafting on the Rio de las Vueltas — calm waters lead into exciting rapids, with stunning views of Cerro Fitz Roy.

Rafting on a glacier river was a fascinating adventure. It was thrilling, educational, and enjoyable. We expected it to be cold, but that was not the case. Our raft captains and assistant Tommy were both entertaining and professional, ensuring we understood the safety procedures. Overall, the experience surpassed our expectations, and we are pleased we chose Comarka for this activity.Patricia_L

    5. Two-day self-guided adventure in El Chaltén

    3.4· 10 reviews· 2 days

Two days of self-guided hiking—Laguna de los Tres, Fitz Roy, and Torre Mt, with meals and camping included, plus shared transfers for easy access.

The visit to these stunning locations involved quite a bit of hiking, which was challenging for us as we aren't young, though we have some mountain experience. However, every steep ascent and descent was entirely worth it for the breathtaking nature we encountered. We also ascended to the Los Condores Viewpoint.GCapra
