Paso del Viento

Paso del Viento is a glacial pass that connects the Viento River valley to the Río de las Vueltas valley in the southern Andes, located just outside El Chaltén. Surrounded by dramatic peaks and turquoise glacial waters, it serves as a pivotal route for trekkers looking to explore the region’s stunning landscapes. The trek to Paso del Viento offers spectacular views of glaciers and untouched nature, typically taking six to eight hours round-trip.
