JLT is Dubai's most underrated short-let area — Metro-connected, walking distance to Dubai Marina, and 30–45% cheaper per-sqft than Marina towers with comparable views. The cluster of ~80 mid-rise towers around the JLT lakes offers a wider unit-size range than Marina, with stronger 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom inventory.
