Downtown Dubai is the city's most rented short-let community by a wide margin. The cluster wraps the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, with walk-distance access to Dubai Opera, Souk Al Bahar, and the Burj Park fountain show — which keeps ADRs high and minimum-stay requirements low (most owners run 2-night minimums).
