Dubai Creek Harbour is the newest of the city's top-tier short-let communities — an Emaar master-planned waterfront on the Creek, opposite Downtown. The cluster benefits from brand-new (2020+) inventory, modern building standards, and a clean OA NOC workflow (it's Emaar). Demand is split between tourist-stay (Creek Tower, Dubai Festival City) and corporate-stay (Deira/Garhoud business traffic).
