About Burj Vista
Burj Vista's two towers sit directly opposite the Burj Khalifa, with most upper-floor units holding a clear sightline to the tower and the fountain show. Emaar finished the development in stages between 2017 and 2019; the unit mix runs from studios on the lower floors to four-bedroom penthouses at the top, with the high-floor 1 BRs and 2 BRs being the strongest short-let performers per square foot in the entire Downtown cluster.

Walk-distance to Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera keeps minimum-stay requirements low (2 nights), so the calendar fills with high-ADR short stays rather than month-long discounts.
Emaar Community Management is established with the short-let workflow; NOC paperwork is a known process rather than an ad-hoc fight.
Building security and concierge are used to short-let traffic — guest check-ins don't trigger reception escalations the way they do in some non-Emaar Downtown towers.

Onboarding
Day 0–1
We walk the unit at Burj Vista, list inventory, and start the OA NOC with Emaar Community Management. Permit unit-registration filed with DET the same week.
Day 2–4
Any snagging escalated to the developer warranty desk. Hotel-grade photoshoot. Listing copy and house rules drafted in English and Arabic.
Day 5–6
Listing live on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and Rovostays. First bookings typically land 24–72 hours after going live.
Operator permit from Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. Your unit is added under our permit.
12-month rolling agreement with 30 days' notice from either side after month six. No penalty.
Block dates for family stays, snagging, or your own visits from the owner dashboard. One-tap calendar control across all channels.
