I had organized this outing for weeks for my group of six, monitored the weather closely (typical Florida showers were forecasted), paid in full, and even traveled from DC to Tampa, only to face a last-minute cancellation. This boat ride was meant to be the highlight of our vacation, so having it canceled for what seems like an arbitrary reason is totally unacceptable. It feels like Josh overbooked and chose to cancel us for his own convenience.
