  Poor customer service

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor service I experienced. On the day of my planned trip with friends, I received a text from Josh informing me that his Captain had called in sick and there were weather concerns. I had organized this outing for weeks for my group of six, monitored the weather closely (typical Florida showers were forecasted), paid in full, and even traveled from DC to Tampa, only to face a last-minute cancellation. This boat ride was meant to be the highlight of our vacation, so having it canceled for what seems like an arbitrary reason is totally unacceptable. It feels like Josh overbooked and chose to cancel us for his own convenience. I disputed the charge with my credit card company because I want my refund right away and I no longer trust this business. I will not use them again.

  We had an excellent outing with Josh as our tour guide. We didn't have specific locations in mind, just a desire to enjoy some water time. He took us to ideal spots and provided goggles, footballs, noodles, and more, making it all very convenient. My team thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Josh!

  PERFECT!!!

  We've been out with Captain Josh multiple times, and his boats are incredibly luxurious. He creates a fun and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend him and wouldn't consider using another company.

  You want to take this spectacular day adventure

  This day was incredible, thanks to Salt Luxury Charters. Our captain Josh provided excellent insights about the area, leading us to stunning sights, including dolphins. He was easy to communicate with and flexible regarding our group's pickup and drop-off. Highly recommended.

  Captain Jim was great. I enjoyed a fantastic half-day trip with a beautiful sunset and excellent opportunities for photos.

  100% relaxing

  We enjoyed a boat rental with two other couples and simply had to arrive and relax. The captain was already waiting for us when we got to the pier about half an hour early. He was friendly and allowed us to unwind fully. During our trip, we stopped at a nearby island where we collected shells and had drinks at the outdoor bar. We even spotted dolphins! I highly recommend this charter for anyone seeking a hassle-free experience.

  Don’t trust this

  This experience was terrible. I was informed too late to cancel, and now Viator won't refund my money. I was initially promised a refund, but then told it was too late. I have used Viator multiple times recently with satisfaction, but this incident due to an irresponsible captain has changed my perception. I have messages proving my case and hope Viator will resolve it, as the captain lacks customer service skills.

  I was unable to attend because my payment kept declining for no apparent reason, and this happened twice. I suppose I'll take my business somewhere else.
