Brenda was an effective tour operator, arriving on time, and even a bit early. She provided water and made a couple of stops during the tour. I felt secure with her driving the open cart. If you're joining the 10am tour, remember to bring a jacket and secure your hat. We paid $18 for parking near the Westin hotel but plan to look for cheaper options next time. I would have appreciated more information about the historic Jackson House and the Woolworth sit-in, which is why I rated it 4 stars. Look for promo codes online, and if you prefer a self-guided experience, consider taking the free trolley around Tampa. However, I would definitely participate in the golf cart tour again if I have family or friends visiting.
