Pickup is included in the cost from any hotel, apartment, or residence located in central Dubai areas such as Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama, Oud Metha, Al Qusais, Al Jafliya, Al Rashidiya, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Discovery Garden, Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Meydan – Nad Al Shiba. For pickup from areas like Jebel Ali, The Lakes, Sports City, Dubai Land, Jumeirah Village, Jumeirah Circle, Dubai Investment Park, Arabian Ranches, and other distant locations, there is an additional cost of USD 15 per person. Pickup from Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams Resort, Jebel Ali Resort, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, and Dubai Parks Hotels and Resorts is available on a private basis for USD 50 per person, with a minimum of two persons required. If you want pickup from Port Rashid Cruise Terminal, there will be a cash fee of USD 5 per person, which covers the entrance to the port. Please note that pickups are not available from areas outside Dubai and Hatta.
