Witnessing my son’s joy as he encountered giraffes, zebras, and rhinos up close was invaluable—this is the sort of experience that fosters lasting memories. The two female ostriches were a favorite of mine and certainly put on a great display. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly our guide, Killan. She was extraordinary and brought the safari to life. Her impressive knowledge was only outshone by her enthusiasm, warmth, and ability to connect with both children and adults. She communicated everything in an engaging, accessible manner, answered all our questions with patience and passion, and ensured everyone felt excited and included. My son was completely mesmerized by her stories and it was evident how deep her love for her work is. Killan's energy, professionalism, and kindness transformed a good experience into an exceptional adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend Safari West, particularly for families.
