I was very disappointed with the tour. I had a fantastic experience on a Milwaukee tour a few years back with another operator. In this tour: 1. They misrepresented themselves when my boyfriend booked. 2. Our driver and guide simply recited information as if reading from a history book, lacking any personal touch. 3. There was little support for local businesses; the guide mentioned a cheese shop but admitted he buys his cheese at the supermarket, and he dismissed the General Market, which is disappointing for local entrepreneurs. 4. At the mural walls, we were dropped off but received no explanation about the murals. I recommend choosing a top-rated tour company in Milwaukee instead of this one. Make your choices wisely.
