After being picked up around 1 PM, we visited nearby beaches but missed Coopers Island, which I was really looking forward to exploring. The guide dropped us off at Warwick Long Bay at 3:30 PM and returned at 4:00 PM just to retrieve the umbrella, chairs, and cooler. That was the entire tour! I was shocked that we spent $556 for only 3 hours. The guide mentioned a mix-up with the tour operator regarding the duration, but despite being offered a partial refund, over a month has passed without any reimbursement.
