“Upon our arrival, the building was dark and no one was present. After a wait, a friendly staff member arrived and explained that the owner was away, and the person responsible for the tastings had left. She mentioned they weren't informed who would be attending. Although she offered us a bottle of wine, I felt it was inadequate given the amount spent for what was supposed to be five tastings, so I declined. I'm still seeking a refund and feel quite disappointed. The employee was not at fault, but the owner should have managed this better.”— skibinskic
