To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
How does pickup work?+
Pickup occurs between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Most Maui resorts, hotels, and Airbnb locations are included. Confirmation of your pickup time will be sent 48 hours before the start of your tour. Please check your phone and email during this period. At Kahului Airport, pickup will be at the arrivals curbside, directly outside of baggage claim near the Uber pickup area. Look for a vehicle displaying the Aloha Sunshine Tours decal, and the driver will be wearing a name tag along with an aloha shirt.
