Securing Park Service tickets had been a struggle for months, so we opted for this tour just before our trip to Maui, and it was a great decision. The entire team, especially our guide and driver Jeff, went above and beyond to ensure everyone was well taken care of, facilitating our visit to the summit and making certain we enjoyed clear views of the entire event. The breakfast was excellent as well. I highly recommend this experience, deserving of at least 6 stars.
The experience was excellent. The guides were very accommodating, and I truly appreciated their clear communication and focus on details. Everything was extremely organized, and the breakfast was wonderful.
We had an excellent time! Our pickup was on schedule, and we were driven to the summit, stopping for a restroom break along the way. We received fleece-lined ponchos to wear, but even with layers like cuddle duds, pants, wool socks, and a winter coat, it was still chilly and windy up there. Luckily, the ponchos helped, and the only cold part was my hands while taking photos of the stunning sunrise. The breakfast provided at the plantation was delicious. It was an early start, but witnessing the sunrise made it completely worth it. Brad and Jeff were fantastic tour guides!

The tour guide was friendly and well-informed. We had to rise early, but they kindly called us a few times to confirm our reservations. Afterward, we enjoyed breakfast at a lovely café with stunning views. It was quite chilly while watching the sunrise, but the provided blankets were incredibly helpful. The guide also ensured the heater was on for us afterward.
