Wildlife, forests, gardens, and the green pockets of Jackson Hole that make it bearable in monsoon and beautiful by November. Day trips and short drives where the landscape is the point.
1Two hours on horseback through Bridger Teton National Forest, with insights from experienced wranglers about the Teton Mountain Range and local wildlife.
“The experience was fantastic with stunning views, skilled wranglers, and great horses. It truly felt authentic. We enjoyed a wonderful day riding.”— Justin_S
2Two hours on the Snake River from Jackson Hole — comfortable high-back seating, stunning views of Grand Teton and local wildlife.
“The check-in was effortless and the staff were welcoming. It was just a brief bus ride to the boat. The seats on the boat were comfortable, and binoculars and drinks were provided. The water was mostly calm during the trip, with only a few minor rapids. The boat ride was incredibly relaxing, and we spotted marmots, pelicans, an eagle, eagle nests, blue herons, and beaver dams. Our guide had great knowledge of the river and its surroundings. The entire ride took around two hours, with a 20-minute bus ride back to our vehicle.”— Colleen_H
