We had a fantastic trip down the Snake River in late September. I felt very secure and at ease thanks to the comfortable soft seat chairs and the waterproof blankets provided. Our guide, Alex, shared details about the area while we spotted several Bald Eagles, stunning fall foliage, and large fish swimming just beneath the raft. The staff who assisted us with check-in, life jacket fitting, and transportation were also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend considering this float trip.
Having taken two tours with this company, I can confidently say they consistently impress. Our guide, Alex, showcased remarkable knowledge of the Snake River and its history, along with entertaining stories. We spotted numerous eagles, though the other wildlife hadn’t yet been released prior to our tour, which we found amusing. The colors were stunning, and I really appreciated the seating arrangement on this trip. I highly recommend this experience for people of all ages and fitness levels.
It was disappointing that our tour was called off due to a slight chance of rain. Ultimately, we only experienced about 10 minutes of light rain, which was frustrating. This cancellation was especially upsetting as it was my husband's birthday and we had no other plans. The description mentioned that the float would proceed in mild weather, but that wasn’t the case. We were eager to take part in this experience.
This boat float was incredible. The colors during this season were stunning. It started off a bit cool, but they provided blankets, making it a cozy experience. Our guide, JoJo, had extensive knowledge of the area and shared numerous stories and historical insights. We spotted at least 17 bald eagles along the way. I strongly recommend this scenic float.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Snake River. Our guide, Alex, was both knowledgeable and engaging. The scenery met our expectations after being captivated by the Tetons. However, navigating the raft through the small rapids and eddies truly enhanced the experience. It was both calming and exhilarating, making it an uplifting highlight of our trip to the Tetons. Excellent job!
The scenery was stunning, and we spotted numerous eagles and water birds. Although I was hoping to see some four-legged animals, our guide did highlight beaver lodges. The tour guide was friendly and responsive to our questions. My group was fairly quiet, likely absorbed in the tranquil experience of drifting down the river. The seating was comfortable, providing good back support, and we sat at the front, using a blanket for warmth and to stay dry.
Thank you for the wonderful float experience. It was incredibly relaxing and informative. Our guide, Alex (Alejandro), was very knowledgeable. We spotted more than 20 eagles! I hope to see them at the Sphere in Vegas. We're definitely coming back, perhaps to catch White Snake—are they still active?
The guide was knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around. We spotted 9 bald eagles, pelicans, and various other bird species. The trip along the Snake River was relaxing, complemented by the stunning Tetons in the background.
The check-in was effortless and the staff were welcoming. It was just a brief bus ride to the boat. The seats on the boat were comfortable, and binoculars and drinks were provided. The water was mostly calm during the trip, with only a few minor rapids. The boat ride was incredibly relaxing, and we spotted marmots, pelicans, an eagle, eagle nests, blue herons, and beaver dams. Our guide had great knowledge of the river and its surroundings. The entire ride took around two hours, with a 20-minute bus ride back to our vehicle.
The wildlife was stunning and the atmosphere was tranquil. We observed Bald Eagles, pelicans, marmots, geese, ducks, and even beaver dams.
