What should I know before booking?+
• Participants should possess at least a moderate level of physical fitness. • It is advisable to eat 2-3 hours before the safari to prevent sickness during dune bashing. • It is recommended to acquire international travel insurance, as self-driving activities involve risks that could result in serious injury, with coverage for such situations usually available only through personal insurance. • The responsibility for the quad biking segment lies solely with the participant. Any damage, injuries, or lost items during the quad biking are not insured. • All desert safari drivers are licensed and trained for safari driving. The 4WD vehicles are fully insured and equipped with essential safety features, including roll bars, seat belts, government trackers, GPS, GMS, and a First Aid kit. • There is no liability for any loss, accident, sickness, or injury incurred. • Wearing sports shoes is recommended for safe sandboarding. • In summer, casual, loose-fitting clothing is advised, along with a jacket in winter. • It is advised not to participate in henna application if your skin is sensitive to it. • The 11:30 AM time slot includes a lunch buffet but does not feature stargazing or a fire show, as it is during daytime. • Pickup will occur within 45 minutes before your chosen departure time, and it is important to be on time in the hotel lobby. • Pickup times may change due to the summer heat: pickup can be one hour earlier in the morning and one hour later in the afternoon, with notification provided for any adjustments. • All items listed in the inclusions are covered in the tour price. Animal-related activities (the company is not liable for unpredictable animal behavior) include Camel Riding (recommended age: 12-50 years), Falconry, Horse Riding. • Helmets and safety gear are highly recommended where relevant, and participation is at your own risk; the company is not accountable for any accidents, damages, losses, or fatalities associated with these activities. • Under UAE law, pregnant women, individuals with back or neck issues, heart conditions or other serious health problems, and infants under 3 years are prohibited from participating in dune bashing. Those affected can wait at the meeting point until the adventure activities are completed by others.

How does pickup work?+
Pickup is provided from Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman city, as well as from Dubai Cruise Terminal (Port Rashid). For Jabel Ali or Bab Al Shams, pickup is available only with a private option. Please be aware that pickup will occur 45 minutes before your scheduled time based on your location.
