• Participants should possess at least a moderate level of physical conditioning. • It is advisable to consume food 2-3 hours before the safari to minimize the risk of nausea during dune bashing. • It is recommended to have international travel insurance since self-driving activities involve inherent risks that may lead to significant injuries. Personal insurance typically covers such incidents. • All desert safari drivers are trained and certified for safari operations. The 4WD vehicles are fully insured and equipped with necessary safety features, including roll bars, seat belts, government trackers, GPS, GMS, and a First Aid kit. • The company is not liable for any loss, accidents, illnesses, or injuries. • Sports shoes are recommended for safe sandboarding. • Casual, loose-fitting clothing is advised in summer, with a jacket recommended for winter. • Pickup will occur 45 minutes before the scheduled departure. Please be present in the hotel lobby on time. • Please provide your WhatsApp number for easy communication during pickup. • Pickup times may change due to increasing summer temperatures: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. Notifications will be sent in case of any changes. • All items listed in the Inclusions are included in the price. Quad biking is available if selected as an option. • Camel Ride: Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult and cannot ride alone. • Quad Bike: Children under 16 years are required to ride with an adult. • By participating, you acknowledge that certain activities carry inherent risks and unforeseen events, and adequate travel and health insurance is highly recommended for your safety and financial protection. Recommended age for self-driving activities: Sandboarding: 12-50 years, Quad Biking: 16-50 years. For animal-related activities, the company does not assume responsibility for the uncontrollable behavior of animals: Camel Ride (recommended age: 12-50 years), Falcon, and Horse Riding. • Helmets and safety gear are recommended where applicable, and participation is at your own risk; the company is not liable for any accidents, damage, loss, or death from these activities. • According to UAE law, pregnant women, individuals with back or neck pain, heart conditions, serious medical issues, and infants under 3 years old are not permitted to participate in dune bashing activities by car. Complimentary pickup is provided from hotels, apartments, and cruise terminals in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman (Port Rashid and Dubai Harbour). For those arriving at Dubai Airport, pickup is offered from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel. An extra fee applies for pickups from Bab Al Shams, Al Maha resort, and Jebel Ali.

• Prepare for the half-day desert safari in Dubai as you are picked up from your chosen hotel or location. Get into a 4WD vehicle that will transport you to the desert. Upon arriving at the Lahbab desert, you will be received in an air-conditioned tent with refreshments (Arabic tea/coffee and dates) and have a short break of 20-25 minutes to use the restroom or partake in a quad bike ride while your vehicle has its tire pressures adjusted for off-roading. • Afterwards, settle in for the dune bashing experience. Enjoy the thrill as the vehicle navigates the sand dunes and feel the surge of adrenaline. Following approximately 30-45 minutes of dune bashing, you can take photos and relax before moving on to sand surfing (sandboarding). First, listen to your guide's instructions before you ascend and descend the sandbanks on your board. As you surf, you may find it both amusing and distinct. • Then, take a break for a camel ride in the desert. Afterward, unwind in an air-conditioned tent with soft drinks and continued refreshments of Arabic tea or coffee with dates. • Finally, your guide will return you to your selected hotel or location.
