Reviews
The excursion was decent. We visited the Mayan ruins, spotted monkeys, and enjoyed mango and pineapple with tajin from a street vendor. We also had lunch at the beach. While everything was satisfactory, I believe the experience could be enhanced with authentic local food, Mayan impersonators, or an exhibit detailing their culture and traditions. We accomplished what we set out to do, but next time I might choose to visit Chichén Itzá instead. Overall, it was just okay.
I can't recommend this tour. The guide didn't discuss the Mayans, and I actually gained more information from other tour guides.
Our driver Nelson navigated the narrow roads safely. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the ruins and surrounding areas, making the information easy to grasp. After the guided tour, we spent about an hour and a half at the beach, where we could relax, eat, or explore the town. I highly recommend this experience.
We had a fantastic experience with Carlos as our guide. He was not only knowledgeable and respectful but also very humorous. He kept us laughing throughout the tour and shared a wealth of historical information about the area.
The pick-up at the pier was punctual, though locating it amidst the shops was challenging. The Costa Maya Chacchoben Mayan Ruins tour followed by a Mexican lunch at the beach was definitely worthwhile. Our guide, Carlos, was entertaining and knowledgeable. Victor, our driver, brought us to a lovely resort with a nice beach for lunch and swimming. The food was excellent, and I highly recommend this excursion.
We had an incredible experience with our guide, Eineso Estrada, who was both professional and welcoming. From the fascinating insights about the ruins to the enjoyable tour of the town, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend this tour; among all the options available, this is the best choice.
I had an excellent experience, and the reviews were spot on. Climbing the ruins provided fantastic views, and our knowledgeable guide Carlos shared valuable insights about the Mayan civilization, which I truly appreciated.
The excursion was incredibly enjoyable, and our tour guide Gabriel truly made it memorable. I appreciate the experience he provided during the wonderful tour.
The communication was excellent, and both the tour guide and driver were fantastic. The lunch choice was tasty, and we enjoyed the meal right on the stunning beach with easy access to local shops for souvenirs.
The excursion was great. The guides were very knowledgeable, and the vehicle we traveled in had air conditioning. Although the beach was busy, it wasn't overly crowded.
