During our brief two-night stay in Bodø, we aimed to maximize our chances of witnessing the northern lights. I made a last-minute booking, and thankfully, this company and our guide, Svein, accommodated us. Svein reached out to let us know there was a promising opportunity to see the lights earlier, so we eagerly accepted a sooner pickup. We explored several locations, both in the woods and on beaches, well away from light pollution. We spotted the lights almost instantly but chose to continue hoping they'd become more vivid. We paused for hot chocolate and tea beside a stream in the wilderness, which was a magical moment in itself, and then we were treated to an incredible light display! It exceeded all our expectations. Svein was wonderful—funny, kind, and it felt like being out with a friend. I highly recommend this tour; it fulfilled a bucket list dream and made the experience unforgettable. A huge thank you to Svein, and we look forward to returning!

The experience was enchanting, highlighting not just the Northern Lights but also the entire adventure of searching for the ideal viewing location.
