2Take part in a truffle hunt in Valle d'Itria or in the Alta Murgia Park with a truffle hunter and his infallible dogs Experience the thrill of extracting the truffle with your own hands and take home your loot. Enjoy an aperitif with typical Apulian truffle products directly in the woods. The truffle hunters will guide you in the search, explaining the secrets of this ancient practice and the different types of truffles. Tasting: The experience ends with the tasting of fresh truffles, combined with typical local products.

4Beyond its sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, art cities, historic villages, vineyards, and olive groves, Puglia is a land rich in authentic flavors and traditional products with a bold, genuine taste. During the experience, we will prepare together the famous Puglian orecchiette, a complete first course, accompanied by an aperitif featuring taralli, focaccia, wine, and seasonal vegetables. At the end, we will all sit down at the table, as tradition dictates, to enjoy the delicious dishes we have prepared.
5Immerse yourself in a private pizza and tiramisu-making class at the Cesarina's home, learn the secrets of the internationally famous pizza and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine. Discover the Italian culinary tradition and learn how to prepare pizza in its regional variations. To complete your feast, your Cesarina will reveal the secrets of the perfect tiramisu. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. 7Immerse yourself in a private pasta and tiramisu-making class in a welcoming home, learn the secrets of the region's most famous pasta dishes and tiramisu and taste the fruit of your labour for lunch or dinner accompanied by local wines. During this private lesson, you will learn how to prepare 2 pasta recipes and the tiramisu dessert from scratch. Your Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of these iconic recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test and amaze your friends and family once home with an Italian meal! This experience is suitable for families with children of all ages. 8The tour starts from the Portavecchia promenade in Monopoli, riding a mountain bike, to the plain of centuries-old olive trees, where you can admire wonderful olive trees and discover the secrets about the production of extra virgin olive oil. It will be a journey through time, crossing fortified farms, an ancient underground oil mill with a real oil museum, as well as rock churches with medieval frescoes. An emotional journey that will allow you to discover authentic places in this corner of Puglia, along country roads and ancient tracts. A relaxing ride in nature, in the shade of centuries-old olive trees, carob trees, almond trees, figs and prickly pears, along secondary roads and old clay paths lined with dry stone walls. The tour ends with a tasting of typical Apulian products and sensory analysis of different types of Apulian extra virgin olive oil.
9Along country roads, among trulli, farmhouses and dry stone walls, I will show you the places I love and experience every day by pedaling together for 20 km (about 12 miles). We start from Alberobello, the capital of the trulli, towards Locorotondo, the most evocative village in the Valle d'Itria: where a tasty stop at a traditional local bakery awaits us. We will taste the typical Apulian focaccia freshly baked by Giovanni, accompanied by a glass of wine. Afterwards, before returning to Alberobello, we will stop at the pastry shop of Signora Maria to taste the almond sweets of our tradition. On the way back we will consume seasonal fruits, picking them directly from the trees (cherries, figs, fioroni, pears, blackberries, mulberries). It won't be a tourist experience, not a classic e-bike tour but a little adventure: local life, away from crowded places. *Minimum height required for participants 163 cm (5'4 ft)
