1Starting DA Padova, Abano Terme and or Montegrotto Terme, we head to the Valpolicella Hills, a territory renowned for the production of some of the best Italian wines. Verona is in fact the first province in Italy for the number of DOC wines, with ten recognized denominations. Here we will live an excellent wine experience: we will visit two local wineries and participate in two guided tastings, during which we will discover some of the excellent products of the territory and the elegance and complexity of Amarone, the most prestigious wine in the area. The tastings will be accompanied by the combination of typical products of Valpolicella, to complete the journey in the taste and traditions of the territory. An authentic experience that will lead us to immerse ourselves in the true food and wine tradition of Valpolicella enjoying the most precious flavors of its land.
2Not only you will learn how to prepare authentic Italian gnocchi but you will have an entertaining experience in a top location in Padova city center with a nice Italian chef. Your first task will be to prepare the tomato and basil sauce as Italian tradition requires. Secondly, you will peel the boiled potatoes and smash them, you will add flour, eggs, and some spices to complete our mix. The chef will teach you how to properly knead the gnocchi dough and how to shape perfect gnocchi with different tools. Finally, you will cook your homemade gnocchi, mix with the tomato sauce, and add some Parmesan cheese to complete the dish. You will sit down at the table and you will finally enjoy gnocchi with some local drinks.

4I am Catia your host , together we will go to discover Venetian traditional food through my family recipes and its history . We will visit our historical market , one of the oldest in Europe , I will tell you the history of the Market and you will see the colourful stalls full of fruits and vegetables end spices. After that we will go to my house and we will make Pasta from scratch...the typical one " Bigoli" made with an ancient press ( that kind of press was invented in the 1600 and it is called "Bigolaro") ...you will well come with our Cicchetti , a venetian appetizer , and at the end you will make our well-known dessert invented in my region...Tiramisù!
5Explore family owned winery near Padova and delve into the produced wines. Set in a historic stone farmhouse, join the tasting that showcase four distinctive wines reflecting our terroir: sparkling, rosé, and reds crafted from Merlot, Cabernet and many other autochthonous grapes of Italy. The guide will explain viticultural practices. cellar techniques and pro sommelier tricks. Pair each wine with a selection of regional specialties, including artisanal 'Sopressa' salami and a trio of aged cheeses.
6During this wine-tasting there will be a focus of the "Tri-Veneto" region. This wine tasting covers four wines, all paired with a small appetizer or abats faim (called cichetti, and similar to Spanish tapas). You will learn about wine in depth as you discuss the names, colors, aromas, tastes, food pairings, serving temperatures, best ages, alchohol levels and geographical areas.

8This experience to discover the walled city of Monselice starts from the Cini Castle, a treasure chest containing ancient weapons, chests, valuable tapestries and splendid period furnishings from all over Italy. We will continue the discovery of the walled city of Monselice by climbing along what has been defined as the most beautiful walk in the Veneto, via del Santuario, with its famous Seven Churches which recall the Seven Basilicas of Rome and which are still a popular pilgrimage destination for devotees from from all over Europe. There will be no shortage of panoramic points from which to admire the walled city of Monselice from above, surrounded by the splendid Villa Duodo which stands on the top of Colle della Rocca. To complete the visit we will visit an oil mill, where the young owners will directly show you the art of oil production and involve us in a tasty tasting of extra virgin olive oil (EVO).
9Departing from Padua or Abano/Montegrotto Terme, come and enjoy a unique experience immersed in the Euganean Hills. The journey begins in Arquà Petrarca, a charming medieval village where every stone tells a story of poetry, history, and beauty. Strolling through its streets is an invitation to lose yourself, enveloped by the intimate and authentic atmosphere of the place. We continue through olive groves and vineyards until we reach an excellent oil mill, where we will taste oil produced using ancient methods and true passion. Shortly after, a family-run winery welcomes us for a tasting of local wines paired with typical cold cuts and cheeses, in a convivial moment that celebrates flavors and sharing. The tour ends with a visit to a historic villa or castle in the Euganean Hills, elegant and timeless places immersed in a landscape that invites contemplation and relaxation. 10This tour through the hills of Valdobbiadene and the Prosecco DOCG will take you to the upper Treviso area, just over an hour's drive from Venice, along the natural amphitheater that opens up between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. A unique scenario that has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019. The tour includes a visit to enchanting places such as the Molinetto della Croda and the Cistercian Abbey of Santa Maria di Follina, two of the most evocative corners of the Treviso area. For lunch we will visit a family-run winery for a wine tasting paired with typical local products: an obligatory stop to learn about the production methods and taste the excellence of the area. Finally we will make a stop in a second cellar to end the day by toasting with a glass of the prestigious Cartizze, one of the most renowned types of Prosecco.
