The pickup time is typically set between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM, based on your location, and the exact time will be confirmed by the team a day prior to your tour. Travelers are requested to be ready in the hotel lobby or at the specified meeting point at the appointed time. For guests staying outside the city limits or in remote areas, a central meeting point in Dubai can be established (additional fees may apply for distant locations). Pickup is available from all hotels and residences within a 50 km radius of Dubai and selected areas in Sharjah and Ajman within a 30 km radius. Travelers located outside these regions can meet at a nearby hotel or reach out for a customized pickup quote.
