If located in Jebel Ali or outside the main pickup area, it is important to communicate your location beforehand for the operations team to establish the closest meeting point. Guests should be prepared in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup. Airport, cruise terminal, and private villa pickups can be arranged upon request with further confirmation.
